I have applied for GC for my mother.
We have already received notice of Action.: December 08
I-94 date for permitted stay is next month: January 09
We are expecting Advanced Parole(AP) in: March 09
Considering that my mother is staying put in USA for ongoing AOS, till she gets AP.
Question1] Do we need to apply for I-94 extension in such case?
Question2] In my information, mother can travel outside USA after getting AP,is this right info?
Question3] Is it must to stay put in USA till mother gets GC or is it perfect;y fine to leave country for 4-5 months on AP?
We truly appreciate your help in advance.
Regards

Only one follow up question: When mother leaves the country after getting AP in her hand, does she need to show AP and get endorsement of any kind while leaving the country or simply handover I-94 and show AP only while entering the country back? How does government keeps track that her overstay was legal in such a case.

She does not need to show anything on the way out, just hand back the I-94.

The pending I-485. AP has nothing to do with it.
Do parents need to apply for I-94 ext. while in USA when GC is in progress?
