NO my dear, I am a born American, married to a Pakistani but US Consulate in Islamabad refused the case saying that age difference, I am 46 and he is 30 now he wants me to join him in Pakistan which I cant do so we have decided that its better to split instead of keeping this marriage alive though it is hard and painful decission but we have decided, so please tell me what should I do to finish all this process.

Does this have to do with green cards?

wasnt he in the states when you got married? If he can come to USA then it will be easier to just adjust his status and he will get his GC. Why did he move back to Pakistan?
