Need Good Lawyer - Philadelphia for GC (married to USC) with i-601 form experience
I am(USCitizen) Looking for an excellent Lawyer in or around Philadelphia, PA to file for my wifes Green Card with i-601 form. She came on a visit visa and is currently out-of-status.

Out of interest, why do you feel you need to file an I-601 form? I assume your wife is in the USA right now? If so any overstay will be forgiven by USCIS because of her marriage to a USC. She just must not leave the USA until her green card is processed.
