Case approval certified and sent for review
I got this on my I-130, after my interview which was approved, I got the stamp also for I-551.
we mailed you a notice that we certified our approval of this case and sent it to the appropriate appellate body for review. They will notify you directly when they make a final decision.
on I-485, I got card production ordered.
is that normal???? if it is, then isnt it contradicting? still an appellate body will decide while my card on the way???

Perhaps no one knows. I would call CIS and find out more details about the case.
