Urgent Question

Hi, I know of a relative who, along with his wife, was granted visas. However, his child is over the age of 21, so the child was not granted a visa. Is there a way to allow the child to come with their parents without having the parents go through the process of sponsoring them when they arrive?

what type of visas were their parents granted? what type of visa does the child over 21 wants?

Hi, is that information relevant? I can try to find out.

it is totally relevant!!
if let say the parent granted GC from overseas, and when they apply for it their child was under 21,
Does the immigration counts from the date the application submitted and of course when the child was younger? or when they were granted the GC status?

because in this case when they apply for the GC, and let say 10 years ago, their child was 10 years younger, so?
