I-601 Scare Over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Many Of You Guys Will Remember Me From My Previous Post, F1 Student Out Of Status..married Usc...never Left The Country While Out Of Status...was Asked By The Io At The Interview To Complete I-601 Waiver B/cause Im Out Of F1 Status...i Knew He Was Wrong But He Insisted So I Paid $545 On Spot And Went Back With The Receipt. However My Biggest Fear Was If The Waiver Got Declined Then The I-485 Would Be Too. Made A Couple Of Infopass And Got To See Another Officer Who Told Me She Had My File And Would Order My Card Right Away,which She Did....just Received Welcome Letter And Online Status Now Reads "card Production Ordered"....thanks To Everyone In This Forum That Provided The Support When I Needed It Most.....thank You All!!!!!!!1

Lol. yes, I even heard of a couple who was asked to file an I-485A and pay the $ 1,000 fee even though they did not need it.

I havent filed 601 in the end. I hope the officer wont require me to do so! If they do, please help me to get through it if it is needed.
