This is a great forum with lots of useful information.
My questions :
(1) Is processing time calculated from RECEIVED date or NOTICE date on NOA?
(2) Can one still obtain interim EAD after 90 days? How long does it take to get an interim EAD?
(3) I read somewhere that in Southern California, green cards may be approved before EADs. Anybody heard or experienced this?
My apologies if these were asked and/or answered already.
Thanks in advance for your answers.
1.- Received Date.
2.- No.
3.- It happens, all over the place. Since processing is around 4 months now.
Can one not make an infopass appointment after 90 days and request adjudication of the EAD?
