Call CC at USCIS?

Is it ok to call USCIS customer care to check whats going on? My K-3 receipt says processing time is 60 to 180 days and I am already past the 60 day mark. There are no new updated dates online and the case status is unchanged. Any input appreciated. Thank you.

They wont be able to tell you anything. Those reps know no more than you do.

Yes give it a try,I have been very fortunate the 2 or 3 times that I called them.My customer reps were very helpful,if they couldnt help me they transfered me to someone higher than them,and my questions were answered!Give it a try,it all depends on who answers your call.
