Does I-751 entail FBI and name check?
1) Just wondering if anyone knows if applying for a I-751 will trigger an FBI and name check?
2) Also if you have cleared name check once before does it make a difference as to how long the second or subsequent time takes? For example theres one done when you apply for your GC and a second one when you apply for N-400. Just wondering if having been cleared once makes a difference for the next time around?
