When you receive your IL, you will see that your PD will become the RD on your NOA1. It was blank in mine until I received the invitation for interview.

if you have no priority date, that means that you are an immediate relative of a US citizen. You dont have a priority date. Yes, there will be an interview, unless you are a parent of a USC, in which case interviews are sometimes omitted.
