Hi all, I just got a Request for Initial Evidence for copy of birth certificate in my native language and the English translation; both of which were submitted already. So Im a little confused...where did I go wrong? My moms friend did the translation, with the added statement as shown at USCIS site.
She did not, however, sign it in front of a notary. IS that the problem?
I know a while back we had to use a certified translator (i.e. Prof. language translator), but maybe thats what they ask for in my case? Plz...help?
Maybe they misplaced it? get another copy, notarize it and take it to your DO with an infopass.

Infopass.....good idea! Thanks PraetorianXI! that was a handful to type Would I still have to send it to the address on the RFE letter?
Yes. Send one to Lees Summit along with the RFE letter and keep a copy of all of it and bring it to your infopass.
