Apply I-485
Hi Gurus
My Wife is going for US Citizen ship on Oct 16th 2007. Currently, my current i-485 thru my employer is still pending. Can I apply I-485 again on my wife citizen ship on Oct 16th.
If I can apply, how long its going to take to get my EAD and green card.

Yes you can, apply for I-130 and I-485 once she gets her naturalization certificate.
How long, between 4-8 months.
