Can anyone post your experience for receiving your green card after you get the stamp in your passport at airport?

I wish I could help you but I have never heard of getting a green card just because you got a stamp at the airport.
Perhaps you can go into detail on what you filed etc.
A reasonable time to expect arrival of the actual GC after stamping at your POE is approximately 60 days or less.
If you have not received it by this time contact USCIS.
