Hi,
can I sponsor my brother or sister (if any of them have a family, like spouse and children) to get a GC status?
I have a GC status right now.
does it make any difference if I do that when I become a US citizen?

You need to be a USC before you can sponsor a sibling. Even then, its takes a long, long, time for the priority date to become current.

yeap, just about 12-14 years worth of waiting....after you become a citizen and file for them.

Since your PR got approved last month, your siblings are looking at 18-20 years before they can get GC through your sponsorship.
