affidavit of supportI am a USC and I need to sponser my brother. I know that i first need to file I-130 and after its approved we need to wait for a visa number before filing I-485. Do i need to file affidavit of support with I-130 or with I-485 when visa number is availble? Is affidavit of support is required in all family petitions and how much do i need to make?
Affidavit of Support is not needed for I-130.
with 85 file it, yes reqd for each person u sponsor. u need to make above 20k..for a family of 4 or something
