Interpreter at Interview
I am sponsoring my spouse.
I am a USC.I understand that both of us need to be present at the interview but is it possible to serve as an interpreter for my spouse at the same time.

I dont think so. Since you would have a conflict of interest, she cant be cross-examined while using you as an interpreter.

I am USC and interpreted for my wife. The officer had no issues what so ever with me doing it. I did allow her to try to answer when she could, but, she doesnt speak more than 5 words, so I ended up interpretting almost the whole thing.
The officer had a sense of humor cause he asked if she was involved in terrorist activities and she nodded her head in confirmation. I, obviously, had to clear up the issues question.
