what would be easy and faster
hi and thanks to all of you helping each other to get there qustions solved.frind of mine usc (white american) he is more like into indian cultrue .he found a indian girl over the net .now he is going to see her in india.he wants to get marry to her and bring her here in usa.what would be fastest and easy way to bring her.now there are couple of problems he has
1. he is 56 yrs old divorced .
2. he has no income he is on ssi (paid by government to live ) not working at all.but 1 of his another friend is redy to be his joint sponser.
3. girl he found she is 30 yrs old single.
now if he goes to india should he get marry to that girl or get only engaged and file for fiancee visa .what would be best option for him. he is willing to stay in india as long as if have to.now if he get marry does he need to come back and file papers or he can do there at us consolate.normaly how long it takes and which way would be safe and fast.does he need to hire any atorney here or in india . thanks for all those are helping people like me.

Your USC (white american) friend can go either the K-1 route or the I-130 route. Seeing the difference in age and ethnicity, this couple may have to work a little harder than others to prove to the State Department and USCIS that this marriage is not taking place to circumvent US immigration laws.
