SON/PARENTS PETITION time frame

What is the average time frame for USC son petitioning parents?
We got RFE for i-864 for my dad, but no RFE for my mom. Strange I thought she would get it too, but no RFE yet. Been patiently waiting response from them. Almost 30days now for my parents and still no LUD.
