Do I need i-130 form?
Hi Guys, I Am a citizen and currently applying gren card for me wife, She is argentina citizen, enter as visitor visa and she overstaying in USA after her visa expired. My question is she is in USA now, Do I have to fill our the form i-130 for her?
I already fill out the i-485,i-765,i-864,g325a,i-693 for her,am I missing something? i-130 is for people who is in usa now or only for people who is in outside the country?

I-130 is for everyone sponsered under family base. You have to file it.
