I got my second interview letter it asks me to show up to my DO office with passport, work permit, Photi id and my wife on May 17th at 9am. It says "ASK FOR DUTY ADJUDICATING OFFICER"
Anyone have any info as it what the difference is between IO and DOA?
I think it is the same thing... just like the call "DO: District Office" and "FO: Field Office"
but why just the 4 items. Photo id, passport, work permit and my WIFE. I a little anxious (not worried) just anxious as to what this is about????? Any clues.
Ill take a stab at this one.
Best case:-
Photo id = To prove you are who you claim to be
Passport = Probably to stamp it
EAD = You need to surrender it
Wife = They need to see (speak to) the sponsor
Worst case:-
Stokes interview for both of you
The above are my guesses seeing the fact that this is your second interview.
Good luck!!!
IO=Interview Officer DOA= Duty Adjudicating Officer
