Question: Where to file?

Confusing, isnt it? It took me a while, too. I cant believe that the USCIS havent fixed that yet! Whats even worse, my wife and I called the 1-800 number three times to ask about that (and a few other things) and guess what... we got three different answers!? Its unbelievable.

Im sure that other people here will confirm that: everything is supposed to go to the Chicago lockbox.
