I need to fill out the affidavit of support and Im still confused about i864A
If my fathers the one providing income for me, do I write it on item 10 my curren individual annual income is......... or should I write in the part where I need to file out my asset i.e. balance in bank accounts and stocks etc.
and actually, I know my father will not give me money since im graduating, but for this purpose, can i have my father write a statement saying that he will continue to support my staying in the u.s?
I havent got a job yet since Im still at school (and its my last quarter) and also since I dont have EAD to actually work.
And one more question- do I need to send all of my bank statement to show them I have this amount of money in my account? and if I write my father as my income, must I have my father write the letter statement that hes going to support me?
thank you for your help

and forgot to ask in my previous post.....
How STRICT is the USCIS on this form.... ??? Like they will probably still have need more if I provide letter from my father and my bank account?
The biggest concern I have is my tax. I worked in 2004-2005 and I filed the tax for year 2004, but didnt for 2005 (its half a year work actually, and I dont even have my W-2 fo 2005), I dont know how big this problem will be, and how much details they need to know.
I only earned about $2000-3000 in 2005, is it considered low income thaat I im not required to file tax?
Do you live with your husbands father? If so he is a household member, his income can be included on your husbands I-864 form, and your father should fill out I-864A. If you dont live with your father-in-law, both he and your husband must fill out individual I-864 forms. Your father-in-law must meet the poverty level requirement by himself.
