Topic6 am I stuck in name check ?

am I stuck in name check ?

I got interview on 4/27/07, which is 67 days after case received. interview officer said that this interview is too soon, so name check is not clarified from FBI yet. and I got this email the next day that our I-130 is approved.

I am still confused if I am stuck in what everyone hates, Name Check ? does anyone actually need to go through name check from FBI ? and do I get stuck in name check or my interview is too quick that normal check is not go through yet ?

thanks for your opinion in advance

I dont think I know more than you.
But I wouldnt worried yet.
It sounds a bit too soon.

My interview was 7 months after I filed.
so...dont worry. Give them couple of more months.

thanks for your opinion in advance you are clearly stuck in name check. JUST KIDDING ! Its been only 2 days since you were interviewed. When was your FP? Things depend on that rather than how soon the interview happened after case was received. like others have mentioned, its a common scenario....relax, keep that BP under 120/80
