USCIS investigate prior marriages ?Hi guys, I just wanna ask you if anyone had any experience with USCIS regarding their search or investigations of previous marriages of applicants for family based green cards. Im about to get married with USC very soon. Do they really do their own search in your home country or they believe what you have written in application. Thanks for all your replies.
