Marriage sponsorship Issue: Visitor Married to Green Card holder

Hi... Im a Visitor in US and here getting married to a Green Card Girl... So now what would be my staus here......can I stay in US if visitor married to green card holder.... can I file my sponsorship case from within US or i hv to go back.........Any help/ advise appreciated.....

Firstly, the GC holder will sponsor you. Secondly, there is a 4-6 years wait for the spouse of a GC holder. Until then, you have to maintain legal non-immigrant status in the US. How far is the GC holder from qualifying for US citizenship?

GC holder has 4 years to go to get US citizen......So when US visitir visa is expired spouse have to go back to his home country & wait for 4-6 years... Thats not fair........... Isnt there any way that visitor in US married to GC holder extend his visa or legally stay in US till his case is decided.....

No. There is no "spouse visa" for those married to Green Card holders.

Your only option is to try to get a visa unrelated to your wifes status, e.g. a work or student visa.
