Immigration Site

I was married for USA citizen and filled for green card. After 1.5 years my wife filled for divorce and we divroced legally.After that I married my current wife and applied again for green card without leaving country.

Two weeks ago I had an interview and same officer that interviewed me firs time interviewed me again.
On the end of the interview she asked me to write down why I divorced my ex wife, and that she will need to wait for FBI backgrpund check.
Me and my wife have really strong bonafide marriage evidence ( loans,we had big wedding where my family flu from homecountry, honeymoon pictures etc....)

Today same officer called me and ask me to come to office tomorrow morning and after she called again to reschedule for Wednesday.

Did anybody had similar experience? I dont know why they called me again after just two weeks,and it was phone call not official letter that INS send?

Since you have a bonafide marriage with your current spouse, you have nothing to worry. Just turn up at the designated place on time. Good luck!!!

Im sure Triple C is right, no need to worry. By the way, did you receive an EAD through your second wife?

No I did not,actually I didnt applied either.Officer told me on interview that i dont need it now.
But like I said it just was strange that she called me by phone,and only 2 weeks after interview.

But anyway I will see tomorrow and will post here reason.
