Maybe you can help me. I just received a weird email via the CRIS system... Any idea???

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On September 13, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I am so unsure what that means... Isnt the registration the NOA1? And a RFE sounds different (been there!)....
