What the heck could they want?? (RFE)
Ugh! I went through my application with a fine tooth comb making sure I got everything required. I soent a week looking over that puppy before I sent it. Today I check my status online and see a notice saying theyve sent a notice for more evidence/information for my I-485
I promised myself I wouldnt freak out if this happened but now (of course) Im all trying to figure out what it could be they need and its driving me up the wall (so this is what its like). I sent in the medical, I-864 (2, we even got a joint sponsor) birth certificates, passport copies, I-94 copy, marriage licence, g325a, EVERYTHING!! And Im from English speaking Canada, so everything I sent was in English. Now its tearing at me and it will keep doing so until I get that damn letter in the mail.
Anyways, I guess Im posting because I was wondering if there are any thoughts on what it might be. I of course dont expect anyone to know for sure, especially when you know nothing about my case, but I guess I want to hear what some people have had requested of them even though they did a pretty good job on the application. Maybe that will calm me down (or possibly upset me more.) Im just hoping they didnt lose something (like the medical) or that theyre not requesting something that might be a pain to get.

Yep, sent both, one for me and one for her.
Dont worry, I included everything aswell and stil got an RFE. They wanted my birth cert and a copy of our tax return (2005) which I had included in the original filing. I know it can delay the process abit, but patience is a virtue with the USCIS.
Just get the requested info back to them ASAP and there shouldnt be to much of a delay in your case.
