confused
I live in New Jersey - my USC husband is petioning for me to adjust my status - im currently out of status bc I was brought here at the age of 10 as a visitor ?
As far as I know, Im filing the following:
i-485
i-130
i-765
i-864 (2) bc we have a joint sponsor
Where do I file all these documents? Also, is there anything else I should file?
