NOA late may, no biometrics app, mail returned as undeliverable HELP
Hello everyone,
Can anyone advise me or share similar experience?
I received NOA letters(2 for me and 1 for my husband) a week after filing papers which was in late May and was told the next thing I would get would be the biometrics appointment notice. I havent received anything since then. I checked my status online in June and read that a notice had been sent to me but was returned by post office as undeliverable. I called them twice (verified address even though its been the same, we didnt move)and the lady each time told me to wait 30 days for the notice to be resent. So far NOTHING.
Im worried whats going on. I scheduled my infopass appointment for tomorrow to talk to them in person. Has anybody of you had a similar experience? Id like to start working...its been over 90 days and I should have my EAD by now.Thanks for replies
Is your name on your mailbox? If not it may cause USCIS mail to be returned.
Yes, my names on the mailbox. Whats strange is that I received previous correspondence from USCIS without a problem, that is the three NOA letters. Nothing after that though...and Ive had the same msg on my status online since mid June...even though I called twice with the request for the notices to be resent.
