Anybody in Memphis received an interview letter yet?
Processing time for Memphis AOS applications is February 23rd 2006.
Two words: Bull u-know-what! (for lack of a better description)
Im less a month from their processing times and I still havent gotten an interview letter.
They havent done anything on our case since we called and did a Case Status Inquiry to get the EAD.
With the LUDs you got in July and August, I would have thought maybe your interview letter was close behind Call the Service Center and ask to speak to an immigration officer. Tell them its been six months since youve filed and see if you can file an inquiry. I think after this much time they need to tell you at least if your case is processing and where you stand.
I called the 1-800 number and I was told I couldnt file an enquiry till September 14th because my case was still within the processing time of six months.(which ends on September 14th)
