Citizen, Weve Been Together For Almost 3 Years & We Are Getting Married Next Week....we Also Have A 1yr Old Son Together.... What Are My Chances Of Becoming A U.s Citizen, Or A Permanent Resident?? I agree, you need to go back to your country and then let your BF apply for you. You can avoid 10 yr ban if you sneak back without documents.
