Question on co-sponsors and household members income
Even if my co-sponsor has enough income (alone), is it a problem if he uses also his wife income in the affidavits ? There shouldnt be a problem, right ?
Thanks for any input. If you wonder why should he use also his wifes income, its because his income alone is just a little bit above the 125% required , and I really dont want that to be a problem. All papers are already signed.

No, its not a problem. In this case the wife of your co-sponsor needs to fill out I-864 A.

Thanks for the quick reply, myjuls. I have the copy of their certificate of naturalization and their proof of employment. No originals are needed, right ?

If you are taking copies Id suggest you should get them certified.
