I got all forms ready to send except I-864 & I-864A cuz lack of evidence
Dear All,
I finally got all forms ready to send in the last second.
But I just found out, I-864 I need to provide my tax return transcrip (still need to request through IRS) , and all my W-2 forms are not available where I live right now, I need to go back to my parents house to get them (which takes another week I can find time to do that.)
But I need to send out all the forms before my wifes OPT after 60days expired (3/10). Time is really in a rush for us now.
Should I send I-130/I-485/I-765/G-325 without I-864 & I-864A for now? Then can I send out I-864 & I-864A afterward? I guess USCIS will send out RFE to us for our I-864.
Will that be OK? What should I do now? Please!!~~~

You dont have a copy of your last income tax (i.e. 2004?) You should, and if you have it just send it along with the I-864 and if CIS needs more evidence youll hear from them

Unfortunately, I dont have any of those document in hand. I need to go somewhere else and get it. And that takes more time when the deadline is very close.
And I am sorry that I am still not sure if I understand your answer there. So I still need to know: if its OK that I send I-130/I-485/I-765/G-325 without I-864 & I-864A for now, to just make it to the deadline.

talk to the ISO of her school, they could be a great help. To my understanding, they report to SEVIS about the students status periodically, and they could defer reporting someones out-of-status ( they did it to me, so I got 2 weeks extra time). At the mean time, call IRS to get the tax receipt copies, it takes up to week. Good luck.
