Since, embassy and officers look for proofs of relationships and paperwork, and since we ourselves can be a BIG LIVING PROOF of the relationship to go and tell them in person, I think they should allow us to be present with our spouses during the interview? Any experience???????????? What u guys know about this? Will embassy allow the USC sponsor to go in with his/her spouse for the interview?

I know that they are allowed to carry any document and bags of paperwork with them, can they take their spouse too with them as a living proof?

What is the rule?

How is this situation at New Delhi Embassy? I am sure almost every one out here had this interview experince , so please share some information on this.

I couldnt think of any reason why the spouse shouldnt come to the interview especially when the immigration is based on marriage. To be more specific why in the world should the immigrant go there alone anyway ?

If your the US citizen, then nobody can stop you from going to the US embassy. Think about it. They dont look at any relationship docs, just show your US passport.
