Hi there,
For a US citizens wife and she is a Canadian citizen currently in the US. What form to file for getting her a Permanant resident. I know first I-130 is needed, is there any other form that can be filed with it such as I-485 and EAD application? I think for canadian citizen the visa number is not needed. Please share the filing forms and procedures if you have experienced similar situation or have knowledge on this. Thanks in Advance.
