Is anyone out there who got stuck in FBI name check after their interview in San antonio.Did anyone get cleared from name check?.Just want to see if anyone got their approvals in couple of months.Please share your experience.Thank you

Yep. Count me in. I apllied in august, got my interview in october and interviewer said they are waiting on namecheck results.still waiting.

Did u get your EAD and AP?.Officer told me that he approved EAD and AP and I shud receive in 2 weeks.I got my AP but no EAD yet.Did it happen to u?.Please share your updates on name check.Thank you

I didnt apply for AP oroginally but did apply for EAD. the officer said that she was going toapprove my EAD when i had my interview on oct 14th but a month passed and nothing showed up. so i made an infopass appointment as 90 days have passed since i applied for my I-765 and they gave me a temporary EAD. Then i called customer service to findout what was going on since the officer originally during my I-485 interview said she was going to approve it the same day. The customer service lady said she is going to put a note in my profile enquiring about the details of what was going on in regards to EAd and then in next couple of weeks i got my EAD. May be you should contact customer serive or try Infopass if you 90 days have passed since you applied for EAD
