I am posting this first time, so bare with it. I have filed my alians application at Vermont & received aprual letter. But priority date is yet one year leater. So my daughters kid will cros 21 year line. My question is my daughters child can get benifite of CSPA ? Are they my imidiate blood reletive ?
Please guide me.
