I am a PR. How long will it take for my wife to come over?

I just got my green card last month. If I go back to China to get married now, how long will it take for my wife to come over? I assume I should first file I-130 for her, then I-485 to adjust status. Is it right? Does anyone have such experience? Thanks very much!

You are right. You have to file I-130 first and then I-485.

Unless your spouse qualifies for an H or L visa, a very long time. Once you get married, you can file an I-130 on her behalf. Her priority date will not become current (and she therefore cannot get a consular interview, never mind get to the US and file an I-485) for around 5 years.
