Address Change - NBC Processing
Hi Guys,
I need some help regarding address change during family based processing . Does it make a difference now that all family based 485 applications are being processed by the NBC .The Processing times shown on the website differ from district to district(ex:Washington , DC is slower than Pittsburgh ) . Can anyone help . I would appreciate it .
you must let homeland security know of your new address change immediately within 10 days of the change ..they say it could effect or void your application
i wouldnt risk not telling them, you can call in and change it , but you must also file form.. (cant remember number) Aliens change of address card ..
