Immigration Site

Hi, I am a Naturalized US citizen. I want to file a I-130 for my mother. Looking at the USCIS website, I see that I need the following:
1. completed 1-130 form
2. a check for $130
3. copy of Proof of my citizenship
4. copy of my birth certificate.

Questions:
1. Is the list above complete?
2. All the copies above - should they be notorized?
3. What is the expected time that she could come here?
4. Any other tips or suggestions
