I got my 140 approved and just got my FP notice , I am married to a physician who was on J visa and went back to our home country as her Visa got expied... please let me know what are the ways I can get her.

when you get your GC, you can bring her here through following-to-join benefits. Other than that, I dont know, but I am sure other people will provide some info.

does the 2 year rule not applicable in our case? she had to go to our home country as she has to satisfy the 2 year rule.

thats not what you said in your first post. You said she had to go home because her visa expired. I cannot read minds and I didnt know that she hasnt fulfilled her HRR. Youc an bring her after she fulfills it. You can apply for following to join in advance, though, as it takes some time too.
