I need my wife

I am currently waiting for my I- 485. I got married about 2 months ago. My wife is out of the country and has been denied a visa to come to the US. Does anyone know how I can add her to my I 483 petition. I would really appreciate any help.

Whats the reason for rejection? did you talk about permanent residency in the application?
They will deny her visa if they know/suspect she intend to be immigrant.
Maybe someone who have been through this can advice you. Good luck.

well thats weired...why her visa was rejectred ? is it coz you have used your EAD or AP and you are not on H-1 any more ? if you have used your EAD/AP then you cant bring her over with H4. it would most probably get denied.
