What happens to my H1 status if my wife (H4) used her EAD
I am on H1 and my wife on H4. I have applied for I140/485 concurrent processing . I should be getting EAD for me and wife very shortly.
Question is
What happens to my H1 Status if my wife(H4) uses her EAD . Do I loose my H1 status ? Does my wife loose her H4 Status ?

You remain in H1. Your wife loses her H4 status and is considered Adjustee from the day she uses EAD. She cannot travel without an AP.
