I applied for I-131 Advanced parole in July 2004. The approval notice was allegedly mailed on November 19. I have not received the notice yet. I need to travel after the Christmas.
Question: Can I schedule an appointment based on the info I have from the BCIS website regarding the approval? It takes apparently 3o days for the BCIS to mail it again and that is too late.
