Hello Everyone,

I was ready to go to India this December to get married. Based on the processing speed of the VSC up until the 21st October update, i estimated i had a maximum of 2 months. I guessed wrong. My 485 got approved prior to November 2nd.

All plans and aspirations went crumbling down to the ground !

I know i cut it too close but i had to make sure i made the right decision about my wife right ! I was hoping (around mid-oct) i would get a healthy chunk of luck and atleast 2 months after that to go get married.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH ANY AND EVERY OPTION AVAILABLE TO ME TO BRING MY WOULD-BE TO THIS COUNTRY !!! Obviously the family-based being one of the longer options . Canadian PR, Others VISAS, etc. ??

However, since you are not a USC yet it will take you like 5 years to bring her here, unless you become a USC sooner and upgrade your petition and her case

you can bring her here by K visa. and then she can adjust her status in the US.
