New Problem! Help!

I have filed my GC whie I applied K3 in Dublin, Ireland. Now I am living in the U.S. with K3 for two years. However, my GC process is still going through Dublin, which means I need to fly back for interview when it is approved. I have asked the USCIS that if I can transfer the file to the U.S. The answer is NO, unless I am going to file it again ( from the beginning) in U.S. So plz help, should I continue the GC process in Dublin, or compeletely file it again? Which way is faster to get it?

I think the link below will be helpful as well. try to post there.

I have seen many active members there from Europe and UK in particular. Good luck.

I believe your spouse is a US citizen. If thats the case, file from the US and it should take 12 - 18 months. If you are in Dallas area, check out their pilot program (D.O.R.A) which takes 90 days for GC.

I belive if you live in US and all your paperwork is here, you should file from here even if it takes longer than it would from Dublin. Just incase they ask for some paperwork which is in US. Again, thats what I would do as most of my paperwork is in US than back home.

Good Luck
