Los angeles USCIS now is faster for I-130?I looked at the current processing time for I-130 is about september 2004. is this right? does it mean if we file application now, then we can get an interview about 2 months later?
If you are an spouse of USC and filed the application to L A district office you must wait 8/12 moths before you get the I-130 approval.
2 months seems to be what it is to me.
however the 485 still takes about 6 months.
