Widower of a Green Cardholder - Please Help
My friend was married to a Green Card holder and her husband died last week.
They have a son(Citizen of the U.S.).
They filed for Green card but didnt get the Green card yet.
Now she is very lost. Weve been trying help her but unable to find any answers because her husband was green card holder. What can she do?
Is there any other way for her to get Green Card.
She has no direct family here, only her mother and brother in law.
Whats her current status? I-130 Pending/Approved etc.
I think, if I-130 is already approved she might be able to adjust her status on Humanitarian" grounds.
