Immigration Site

Anybody know how long it takes for an I-360 case (based on abuse) to be processed?

Lawyers Ive spoken to have said it takes around 2 years to process yet looking at the Vermont Service Center processing times it looks like the current processing date is April 9, 2004 which (to me at least) tells me that its only six months behind.

Any ideas?
